Change in bottles
Why did y'all change the bottles? If I wanted to buy a great value or other water bottles that are so cheaply made then that's what I would be doing. Please go back to the more stronger bottles or I will have to start using Aquafina or Great Value water.

Substandard product
- Great tasting water
- Extremely poor bottle quality might as well buy great value brand
Preferred solution: I’d like you to go back to the great bottle you had. I understand it’s more expensive, but to most Dasani customers, cost is not a factor. Unless you want to lose your customer base to FIJI, I’d suggest the thicker bottle.

How to handle the new thin Dasani bottled water without the bottle collapsing. I always bought Dasani but now I will have to buy water by the gallon because I have trouble with the bottles collapsing.
Preferred solution: How to handle squashier bottles of water ?

Service was terrible, lost money and when request changing the defective machines the tech did nothing. A called Dasani and talked to Arron who was not accommodating.

New water bottles suck
I became a Dasani bottled water customer because the bottles were just a bit stronger and the caps were full size. Not this crap that all other companies did to their water bottles.
Now Dasani has fallen in line with all the others out there. But wait there's more... Not only did they reduce the size of the cap the also made the bottles do flimsy. Every time you grab the water bottle it crackles loudly.
It's pretty much impossible to drink outta this new bottle in a quite environment.
I'm pretty sure everyone who drinks Dasani is gonna be looking for a new bottled water company. Dasani, you *** the monkey on this one...

New bottle is too flimsy. Cap is awful. Your product has gone from best to worst in many consumer’s eyes with one very poor decision!
Lids on dasani bottles are terrible now!! I've got to find a different brand now! the water leaks out.

I have purchased Dasani water for years with no problem opening. Now use a pliers to crack the seal.
Forget about opening when driving, will spill all over. I'm looking into another brand.
Absolutely stunning how company could ruin what before was an impressive bottle. Was my favorite actually ! They lost my business switching to another brand.
They'll find out soon enough when sales plummet. Whoever approved new design to save a penny will end up costing Dasani millions in lost sales.

I do not like the new caps on the Dasini bottles. The other bottles you could grab from the neck and this one has no neck.
